1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Mother AIOS ("Service"), operated by Nerdic AI ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Mother AIOS is a multi-tenant AI marketing platform that provides autonomous brand management, content generation, publishing, analytics, and workflow automation through AI agents. Access is subscription-based and subject to the plan limits described on our pricing page.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activity under your account, and ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws. You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Generate, publish, or distribute spam or misleading content
- Infringe third-party intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
- Overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to provide the Service. We retain ownership of the Service, including all AI models, software, and infrastructure.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Trial period
New accounts may be eligible for a free trial. During the trial, full platform features are available subject to reduced rate limits. Trials convert automatically to a paid plan at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be deleted.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. AI outputs require human review before publication.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
