1. Who we are
Mother AIOS ("we", "us", "our") is an autonomous AI marketing platform operated by Nerdic AI. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our service.
2. Data we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Account data: name, email address, and authentication credentials provided at sign-up via Clerk.
- Brand and usage data: brand names, connected platform tokens, content generated, campaigns, and interaction history with the Mother AI agent.
- Analytics data: aggregated performance metrics from connected social and advertising platforms. These are collected only after you grant consent via your cookie preference.
- Payment data: billing information processed by Stripe. We do not store raw card numbers.
- Technical data: IP addresses, browser type, and session data for security and debugging purposes.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Mother AIOS platform
- Personalise the Mother AI agent to your brand voice
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send transactional emails (receipts, alerts, notifications)
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
For users in the European Economic Area, our legal bases are: contract performance (service delivery), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention), and consent (analytics cookies, marketing communications).
5. California rights (CCPA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to opt out of sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Contact privacy@mother.ai to exercise any right.
6. Data retention
We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months. Analytics data is retained for 24 months. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
7. Subprocessors
We share data with: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (CDN and R2 storage), Vercel (hosting and workflow orchestration), Neon (database), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each processor operates under a Data Processing Agreement. See our full subprocessor list in the Data Processing Agreement.
8. International transfers
We and our subprocessors may process data outside the EEA. Where transfers occur, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions issued by the European Commission.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To submit a request, email privacy@mother.ai.
10. Cookies
We use a cookie consent banner to obtain your explicit consent before activating analytics cookies. Essential cookies (authentication session) are always active. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the mother-cookie-consentkey from your browser's localStorage. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
